Pauline Hadley-Beauregard

Partner, Strategic Clarity

Pauline’s experience is a unique blend of strategy, brand building, marketing, advertising, digital and finance. Prior to co-founding Crux, she worked in advertising for many years where she provided strategic leadership for agency clients. She also built and ran a successful digital marketing company for multinational advertising agency BBDO. Pauline’s first career was in investment banking. She has an MBA from McGill University and a BA in Economics (Honours) from the University of Victoria.

Pauline serves on the Board of Directors of Ballet BC, United Way British Columbia and Arthritis Research Canada. Previously she was Chair of The Polygon Gallery, a Director of the BC Wine Institute and a Trustee of the Vancouver Art Gallery.

Partner, Strategic Clarity

Karen brings the insight and discipline gained through 35 years of experience in research, marketing and strategic planning to every new business challenge. Prior to co-founding Crux, she worked in advertising for many years where she was responsible for providing strategic leadership for agency clients. Karen began her marketing career in brand management with the Campbell Soup Company and as Vice President at Molson Coors where she led the insights and planning group and spearheaded brand portfolio strategy.

Karen is on the Board of the Vancouver Public Library Foundation. She also serves on the Board of the Japanese Canadian Legacies Society which was created to provide oversight of the historic $100 million BC Redress with accountability to the Japanese Canadian community and BC Government. Previously, she served on the Boards of the Institute of Communications Agencies, BC Advertising Association, UBC Board of Governors and is a past judge of Strategy Magazine’s Strategy awards and BCAMA’s Marketer of the Year.
